All products are made to measure based on customer input. Please double-check your measurements before ordering.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in GBP and include VAT. Payment must be made in full before orders are processed.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 5–10 working days. Delivery times may vary for custom items.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellations are not possible due to the bespoke nature of our products.
6. Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will repair or replace the item as needed.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events outside our control.
