We deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Please note: We currently do not ship internationally.
All our blinds are made to order. Estimated delivery times:
Standard Products: 5–10 working days
Custom/Luxury Ranges: Up to 15 working days
Accessories & Samples: 2–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to product demand, material availability, or courier delays.

Delivery charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment.
We use reliable courier services such as DPD, Yodel, or Royal Mail depending on product size and location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If you’re not available at the time of delivery:
The courier may leave a calling card
A redelivery may be scheduled
Or the item may be left at a safe location (if specified)
Failure to collect or rearrange delivery may result in additional charges.
If your order arrives damaged:
Report it to us within 48 hours
Include photos and your order number
For lost deliveries, please contact us after 7 working days if no tracking updates are visible.
Occasionally, items in your order may be shipped separately due to stock or packaging requirements. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
