At BestBlinds UK, we stand behind the quality of our products. All of our made-to-measure blinds come with a 12-month guarantee for your peace of mind.
Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects including:
Faulty components (chains, cords, mechanisms, etc.)
Fabric flaws or defects
Warped or damaged materials (excluding damage caused in transit*)
Poor workmanship or assembly errors
*Transit-related damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
The following are not covered under our guarantee:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage or misuse
Incorrect installation by the customer
Improper cleaning or maintenance
Fading due to prolonged sunlight exposure
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
The guarantee is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery.
If a fault covered by this guarantee arises within 12 months, we will:
Repair the item, or
Replace the faulty component or blind (at our discretion), or
Issue a partial or full refund if a repair or replacement isn’t possible
