At BestBlinds UK, we stand behind the quality of our products. All of our made-to-measure blinds come with a 12-month guarantee for your peace of mind.


✅ What’s Covered

Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects including:

  • Faulty components (chains, cords, mechanisms, etc.)

  • Fabric flaws or defects

  • Warped or damaged materials (excluding damage caused in transit*)

  • Poor workmanship or assembly errors

*Transit-related damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. See our Shipping Policy for more details.


❌ What’s Not Covered

The following are not covered under our guarantee:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Incorrect installation by the customer

  • Improper cleaning or maintenance

  • Fading due to prolonged sunlight exposure

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer


⏳ Guarantee Period

The guarantee is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery.


🔧 What We’ll Do

If a fault covered by this guarantee arises within 12 months, we will:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace the faulty component or blind (at our discretion), or

  • Issue a partial or full refund if a repair or replacement isn’t possible
