Made-to-Measure Products
Due to the custom nature of our blinds, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Include photos and your order number

  • We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund

Change of Mind
Returns are not accepted for made-to-measure items if you change your mind after the 24-hour cancellation window.

Incorrect Measurements
We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer. Please use our measuring guide or contact us for assistance before ordering.
